Julie Cho






Julie Cho has a number of years of experience in working with health centers to streamlining their clinical operations. She is an expert in Lean principles, and leverages her expertise for identifying and breaking bottlenecks, eliminating waste, and creating flow in the clinic. The improved operations result in shorter patient cycler time, higher patient access, increased provider productivity, and increased team work. Julie has a Master of Public Policy in healthcare policy and administration as well as an MBA from the University of Chicago. She is an NCQA PCMH certified content expert, and holds a certification in Lean principles and Six Sigma green belt. She worked as a clinic manager at the University of Chicago Medical Center and Children’s Memorial Hospital. Since joining Locke Consulting Group, she worked with multiple community health centers.



Brian Locke

Brian Locke has over 20 years of experience leading improvement projects for variety of manufacturers in a broad range of industries. His manufacturing experience includes such diverse industries as industrial equipment, automotive, construction materials, steel packaging, lighting, and window treatments; he has worked with companies ranging from family owned small businesses to billion dollar international corporations. His main expertise lies in finding straightforward, effective ways to improve, streamline, and lower the cost of manufacturing operations. He has both formal training and plenty of hands on experience with lean methodologies and quality assurance systems such as ISO9000. He has also managed teams of both manufacturing and design engineers, and has worked extensively in many functional areas that relate to manufacturing, from purchasing to shipping and everywhere in between.
